1.3 Layers of Me reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if packaging or essential components are missing.
1.4 All returns will be processed on a credit basis, and a credit note will be issued to the email address provided during purchase.
1.5 The credit note excludes shipping and handling charges and can only be used for repurchase through our store.
1.6 We do not accept returns for specially ordered or customized items, as these are created per your specific requests and approval.

2. Responsibility for Returned Merchandise

2.1 The merchandise remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
2.2 To ensure the safety of the returned items, we recommend using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of the goods.
2.3 Shipping and insurance costs for returned merchandise are solely your responsibility.

3. Order Modifications

3.1 If you wish to modify your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
3.2 While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee modifications will be possible.

4. Shipping and Handling

4.1 Layers of Me does not cover shipping or insurance charges for canceled merchandise.
4.2 Shipping costs for returning merchandise are not included in credit note calculations.

5. Customized Items

5.1 All sales for customized and specially ordered items are final and are non-returnable under any circumstances.
