Refund and Returns Policy

At Layers of Me, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our policies for refunds, returns, and exchanges are designed to maintain transparency and protect the interests of our valued customers. Please review the following carefully:

 

1. Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any cases involving returns, damages, replacements, or missing items. Without this proof, we will not be able to process your request.

 

2. General Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are only possible under specific conditions and will be handled exclusively through replacement.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

3.1 Damaged Goods

  • Every product is carefully inspected before it leaves our premises.
  • If you believe your merchandise is damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
  • A full account credit will be issued for verified damaged products.
  • Returns cannot be accepted for issues related to color, design choice, or handwork.
  • Minor leakages in liquid products may occur despite our best efforts. To compensate, we include extra product (e.g., 210g for a 200g order).
  • If you wish to return the product despite this, you may ship it back at your expense, and we will provide a replacement.

3.2 Wrong Orders

  • If you receive an item that differs from your original order, please contact us with your order number and name within 5 working days.
  • We will send the correct product once we receive the incorrectly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

 

4. Important Notes

  • Returns or replacements will not be processed without an unboxing video as proof.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition with intact labels, tags, and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred while returning merchandise.
